Urban Village are exclusive property developers devoted to the renovation of extraordinary buildings. One of its most recent developments is Crown Works, located in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter. With the redevelopment underway, it was time to start building communications with potential buyers.


To give the scheme the gravitas it deserved, its own logo was recommended, together with a premium sales brochure and website.


The Crown Works icon is cleverly designed. As well as utilising the letters and crown to bring the name to life, they are also presented in the shape of a ring to demonstrate the Jewellery Quarter location. Printed in foil on the cover of the brochure, it exudes quality. The brochure itself showcases the townhouses and luxury apartments, with full page images, specification details, and the salient particulars of the Jewellery Quarter and Birmingham. For the more digitally minded, is the online equivalent.
